We are a campaign of organizations, religious institutions, and individuals working together to defeat the anti-gay marriage amendment. We want to build a coalition of groups to organize lectures, film nights, benefits, and other events culminating in a rally against the amendment on April 28, 2012 at Government Plaza in downtown Greensboro at 1:00 PM.
Why Crazy Liberals and Conservatives Supports "We Are"
As a nationally engaged and recognized website and community,
we believe that the governmental support of any particular religious
ideology infringes upon civil liberties and the First Amendment.
We stand against the legislation of individual or religious moral preference
for in so doing we harm our common humanity.
